Family with children memorable stay

The welcome we received from staff was genuine, like they actually cared. There was this moment in the bar when they went out of their way to make us feel special, offering us extra butter for our sandwiches and being super friendly.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but you get what you pay for, so it felt acceptable at the end.

Check out the live music on Saturday nights. it creates a fun and lively atmosphere perfect for socializing.

i’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this time they exceeded my expectations during our couple of nights. the room was quiet, looking out on the lovely gardens, and the leisure center was really impressive. every meal we had in the hotel bar was delightful and added to our fantastic experience.

Outdated decor throughout the premises!!! Relax, but those long corridors make it frustrating to find rooms!!! Consider sorting out issues with available hot water and noise from fitness classes!!!

The family room offered a cozy and clean environment, located conveniently near the breakfast area. Breakfast was a highlight with an array of self-service options, including delightful Vienna Beef hot dogs that the kids enjoyed. The leisure center was well-kept, but it was frustrating that the radiators in the room were not operational, impacting our comfort. some corridor areas felt a bit run-down, detracting from the overall experience.

The kids adored the pancake machine at breakfast! 🍴 We loved the spacious room and the inviting pool area too. Only downside was the slightly dated decor, but it didn't overshadow our fantastic stay!

We had a lovely family stay, enjoying the spacious family room and the great kids' club that kept the little ones entertained. The swimming pool was a hit, especially after a long day of exploring nearby attractions. Dining was a highlight, with homemade Beef Tikka Masala and generous portions that pleased everyone at the table. A suggestion for improvement would be to update some of the decor, as it felt a bit dated in certain areas.
